This is such a convenient location, right in the midst of downtown. Staff is friendly, helpful and the rooms are spotless. Also nice to have microwave, mini-fridge and Keurig in the room. This was probably the 4th or 5th time I have chosen to stay there and definitely won't be the last.

Another short stay. Motel is starting to show its age, but the room was clean, staff was excellant. Great location for shopping and dining on Sherman ave.

Great location but the motel really needs a major renovation. The $12 parking fee was a surprise especially when it was the off season and there is plenty of street parking.

Room was clean and comfortable. It is dated but we were very pleased and would definitely stay again. If you’re wanting high-end amenities this is not for you but I’d like to try different places and want a comfortable place to stay, this would be great.

At check in I wanted to change the payment to a different card than the one it was reserved in but she told us we don't do that. Shower had less water pressure than the light drizzle of a rain storm we had while there. No mention of the $12 parking fee until after it was already charged to my card. We stayed two nights. On the first morning we were still in the room as housekeepers were cleaning the room next to us and kept slamming the vacuum into the wall. The one and only positive was our room was clean.

Our room worked out perfectly for us. It was in a area of the motel that was very quiet and the access to downtown was really great. The room was clean and better then we were expecting. We were super happy with our stay and the staff was great.

This place is basically a dump! Great location, walk to lake and resort but BED was old soft and indented!! Everything is old, the TV was not user friendly!! Shower was pretty good though.

This was a great location. Close to restaurants and bars, easily walkable. We we travelling with our ebikes and rode several miles each day. The room is basic, but clean. We really liked Couer d’Alene and hope to go back some day.

Great hotel
Hotel was in a great location for shops, and food. Beds were super comfortable. The only thing negative was the carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Would recommend hotel, great service!!
