"A group of 5 of us stayed here for 4 nights for work. The property is immaculate and extremely clean. It has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We were only there in the evenings but it was very comfortable for all of us - we each had our own room and bathroom. The standard of the property is very high. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable! We couldn't fault the property at all! The check in process was easy and there is a Co-op around the corner...

"Lovely house could do with a hoover and wipe down though as a lot of dust when we got there especially under beds. But lovely house spacious rooms fantastic location but only one toilet and shower thank u"

"Stay was wonderful and we were very pleased with the presentation of the property and were not disappointed. There were a couple of fixtures which need attention, and would have liked the hot tub to have had a constant bubble setting, but other than that had a wonderful stay. We were very impressed by the letting agents communication and efficient reply to our queries."

"Lovely cottage but on a noisy road. Beautiful garden. Everything we needed including food essentials on arrival. Bonus to be able to park off road at the end of the garden. What puts us off staying again however was the bedding. Did not smell clean and fresh, pillows old, flat and stained, duvets the same. No smell of fresh laundry. We bought some pillows at Tesco on the first day as we didn't want to use those supplied."

"The house is so spacious and comfortable. We were a big group but there was plenty of space. Everything was just right, down to the beautiful christmas decorations that made it all so homely. Thank you!"

"Freshly decorated with nice design touches, this is a great base to explore the Swansea area. Big kitchen with all you need, Enough seating in the living room and a small dining table. On street parking availble and a 45 mins walk from the centre of Swansea. Chinese Takeaway and pubs within a couple of minutes walk. city centre."
