"We loved our stay! It was very comfortable for 10 people. The view is magnificent as is the sounds of the ocean. The housekeeper and her husband assisted us in getting groceries and beer; she tidied our rooms every day. They were always helpful. We especially enjoyed the bar, grill, outdoor space and swimming pool. We hiked 2 minutes to a beach (during low tide). We felt safe while on property. "A reasonably good value for location space and apartment size. TV had poor clarity and some outlet/switches were not functional. Kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeping was on request and then did a spotless job when used. Security for complex was excellent even during the New Year celebration that was a block away. This is my third stay with a Solemar apartment and will be my go to when in Fortaleza."

"Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given."
