"Pousada muito simples, custo benefício o melhor possível. Pertíssimo da praia de Iracema, Dragão do mar, restaurantes, lanchonetes, Mercado municipal e etc. Quando vou sem a família é onde fico."

"A reasonably good value for location space and apartment size. TV had poor clarity and some outlet/switches were not functional. Kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeping was on request and then did a spotless job when used. Security for complex was excellent even during the New Year celebration that was a block away. This is my third stay with a Solemar apartment and will be my go to when in Fortaleza."

"Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given."

"Estadia muito boa. Tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado mas foi resolvido. O ponto forte foi a limpeza do apartamento graças a Mara e Bete. De uma forma geral o hotel é muito bom."
