"If you want to stay in a lovely place with a small great staff this is it!! I woke up for a morning swim and was accompanied by a flock of tucans in the tress right behind! Amazing place pretty close to downtown. Would recommend "

"This place was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. Only issue I had was the Expedia directions sent me to another beach about half hour away where I actually wanted to stay. Only reason I didn't give an overall 5 star rating. But they have a great pool and rooms were great. If I get back there someday I will probably stay there as now I know the exact directions there."

"Bastante bien"

"It’s a clean property close to everything. It is on the main road and so gets all the noise of traffic. The fixtures (toilet flush,refrigerator ) are dated and could be improved."

"A newly built apartment, small, well distributed, with spacious parking, located in a safe, quiet area, near the center of Puerto Viejo. The staff is very attentive and cooperative about to the needs of the guest"

"Owner was wasted when we arrived. Place is on a long muddy dirt road. Zero privacy. One crappy ceiling fan. Toilet in the middle of the room.Beds are terrible. We stayed for 20 minutes and left of course this crook wont refund our 6 day reservation. Way way better places nearby."

"This location was considered somewhat safe as they had Onsight guards for safety, but the roads to get to this location were very rough and you could only travel at about 10 or 15 Kilometers per hour to get to the location. I would rate this location as a solid 3 or 4 in regards to the location and access. "

"The house is very cute and you can’t beat the view. Step across the street and you are on the beach. My wife was working and (barring some Latin American mas o Minos the internet worked great. There are animals all around the house including an active and lively raccoon that takes a little work to keep your food safe but, for the most part, they have thought of everything. Take the notice about the noise seriously, though. If you are a light sleeper or reggae music playing all day from the bar...

"I am not sure if we received VIP. perks but the property, food, staff, and room were awesome. It was like a little oasis in a bustling but laid back area. The restaurant, Gigi’s, was lovely and the staff were so friendly. The food options were flavourful and the entertainment made it extra special. Great staff in reception and housekeeping, too. Beautiful pool area. "

No Glass Shower

"The hotel grounds ,the staff, the location and the breakfast was all great. We had a premium room. The shower is the problem. There is no glass around it, so by the time you finish there is a flood on the bathroom floor, Now you get to stand in water and brush your teeth ,shave ext. then you track water around the rest of the room. I wish the owners would try taking a shower in this room and see how they like it."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located. Easy walk to all of the local restaurants, beaches and attractions. The grounds of the hotel and rooms were beautiful and incorporated the natural beauty of the area. I highly recommend and would stay here again. "
