"The hotel is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and historic sites. The lobby is beautiful and well maintained. Staff were not attentive at check in and did not greet/welcome us. Our room did not meet expectations. The bathroom was dirty, especially the shower that had someone else’s hair on the walls and stains on the tile and glass door. The room window was very dirty, distracting from the view of the city. The flooring and furniture was very cheap and the chair was uncomfortable....
