"Really nice place. Big pub/restaurant with rooms attached - modern chain pub style. Room very clean and well presented. Location not the nicest being off a main road with large industrial units in the vicinity but fine for a quick stop over. Major downside for me was that the restaurant stopped serving food at 8pm which was quite strange. "

"We were greeted on arrival by a very welcoming young lady who checked us in and showed us to our room. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Stayed to eat some lunch, service was friendly and efficient. After a wander round Lancaster, back to our room for showers and a change. My only two slight criticisms were that the babies cot that we asked for wasn’t very secure at the bottom (it felt like it had a piece missing so it’s sun at one side) and it was very difficult to find somewhere to check in.
