"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the rusmins hotel blackpool and the staff ate brilliant they will do anything for you . The hotel.itself is clean and tidy and the enyertainment is brilliant we would definitely recommend . The only thing this time was we stayed in room 2 lower floor as i do struggle going upstairs and room was fine including bathroom apart from an all day noise from the kitchen extractor fans nearby came on really early mor ing so kept waking us up but did go off 7 to 8pm ish which was fine but it was very loud early morning . Would.most definitely stay again amd we will but wouldnt want a room nearby that noise by kitchen extractor fans next time at all . Spa facilities was also great myself amd my huaband had treatment and tracey waa very welcoming . Overall fantastic hotel x"

"My stay at Holiday Inn Blackpool was amazing I was so impressed with the welcome I received from Ricky on reception. I had just completed an 8 hour journey to see my mum in hospital and he went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The room I was given was so lovely that I wished I could have stayed much longer. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect and all the staff were helful and friendly. I recommend this hotel and will definately book to stay again. Thank you"
