"Had a lovely 1 night stay at this historic hotel. The interiors are dated but that is part of the charm. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had an upgrade on our room because hotels.com had overbooked and the staff were very good about it. The room and bed were comfortable, but the kettle was a bit rubbish and not convenient to use (it was connected to the plug which was behind the television) The breakfast was pretty average, not the best but you had enough options. Overall we enjoyed...

"The food at the bar was excellent and the staff were great. My single room had a fire escape view with a bright security light near the window. The plumbing was really noisy til midnight on my first night but fine the next. Room facilities were good. "

"Each time i come to Trearddur i always stay here i wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else walking distance from the beach and the shops. Really handy for everything all the rooms are big and spacious with a bath and shower in all of them, they also have sky sports there so if your a sporting fan like myself they always feature the main event. "We enjoyed our 1 night stay at Tyn-y-Coed - the location is excellent for walking from the doorstep and the parking is great. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had good storage. The addition of a drying line in the bathroom is a super idea. We loved the styling of decor in reception and the bar/restaurant and enjoyed the Snowdon Lager on draught. We look forward to visiting again. "
