They gave me another number to call, eventually they found the booking and said ‘the man is coming’. This turned out to be a maintenance man who was very unwell (flu I presume). "Initially, there was some ambiguity about the check in, however as soon as I contacted the service provider, the manager arrived at the property in person and solved the issue. I didn't expect that prompt and kind reaction in response to my problem. I'm sure their business will flourish swiftly as they have put their customers' satisfaction at the centre of it. They are caring and fair and I wish them prosperous years a head."

"I think its my 3rd visit to the Windmill The floorboards are creaky, the phone signal is really awful. (But that does have a positive, no disturbances) Its a lovely little place to stay! The staff are fantastic. It's spotlessly clean. The restaurant is great, too much choice and very, very tasty. Although it's right on the A19 its peacefully quiet. A cracking little place that's quirky and does exactly what is says on the tin. Cheap n cheerful 😊 "
