"Very quiet and suitable"

"I don't think this place should be on hotels.com. It is not a hotel. It is more like a bedsit. There is no reception. It is in a very dodgy area. Rubbish on the sidewalk. A homeless man with his pants down in the alley next to it. And my room smelled like the smoking area at a retirement home. You are given a code to get into the front door and your room. I had to call to get mine and it was confusing. The cleaning lady I met was nice and the bed was reasonable. I never did find the bathroom...

"An amazing property with incredible views of the coastline & Saltburn beach & pier. Good sized bedrooms and living room/kitchen. Bathroom could with some attention - a little damp on far wall. Although lovely shower. Property is on the fourth floor so be prepared!! "

"The apartment is in a great location - really close to the beach. However there is a pub at the end of the road which meant it was quite noisy at night. Good size rooms/layout, the bathroom and kitchen are in good condition. In the kitchen it would be useful to have a proper draining board for washing up and a few more bowls/glasses/mugs. "We had a fantastic holiday at Sandalwood. The quality of the accommodation is superb. Quality furnishings and really of cosy, despite cold temps outside. Rooms spacious Kitchen was well equipped. Great tv, comfy sofa. Shower powerful and good temp - perfect after a long run along coast. The location is brilliant - literally a couple of minutes walk from sea front at the end of street.
