"The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout The room had everything needed and was full of character Staff are very efficient and helpful Breakfast was good quality Excellent location but had to park on council car park The only downside was Sunday lunch which was tasteless and it took us 20 minutes to even get served with a drink "

" The staff were genuinely friendly, and keen to help with any request in a warm and intelligent way, however busy they were. The bar had good chairs for relaxing in with a book and a drink, and there was another room to sit in too. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfortable. A really excellent breakfast, with lovely croissants, or the full English, with vegetarian option. I hope I manage to stay here again!"
