"Oth0er than an issue with the lights that the management were more than happy to deal with, the apartment was excellent, very well appointed and scrupulously clean. "There's no doubt that The Boat Inn is a lovely, traditional pub in a super location, right on the banks of the Wye with good views of the river from the bedrooms above the pub. The surroundings are wooded and distinctly bosky, which is nice. There is a small village (Redbrook) with a village shop a few hundred metres away across an old railway bridge. The Boat serves excellent food, but only on certain days - Thursday to Sunday, from memory. BUT beware of the journey there, from the main roads:...

"Nice secure spot up a lane away from the road so happy leaving mountain bikes overnight.Small but really nice layout with great shower and kitchenette area. Bed was too small in both directions (I'm 6ft tall) and sofa bed very uncomfortable for my son, so none of us slept very well.Nice garden and dog friendly.Would definitely book again but only if the bed situation is improved"

"Everything I needed for a very comfortable few days in a peaceful secluded location hidden away in Bromyard. Nice little thoughtful touches too like milk in the fridge and tea bags in the caddy. Enjoyable to look out the lounge window and see green woodpeckers feeding leisurely among the variety of birds that visit. Bring binoculars!"

"Much nicer than the photos! Beautifully clean and cozy! Very well equipped, everything and more than you would need, washer with dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Comfy beds, beautiful linens, plenty of thick towels, nice tiled bathroom. One of the nicest cottages we’ve ever rented. They even put up a little Xmas tree for us! "
