"If staying near Indianapolis this place is amazing. Located a short drive from downtown Carmel, Museums and other artsy places. Conveniently located about 25 minutes from downtown Indianapolis and the airport made it super easy to get around. Breakfast was good and if you are around early evening 5:30 to 7:00 enjoy the light food and adult beverages. And I can’t forget to mention the staff (front desk, breakfast, evening and service) were friendly and helpful. "

"Super friendly staff. Turquoise was wonderfully friendly & funny. She checked us in 45 minutes early on a super busy Friday. Check out staff was also friendly & funny; kudos to the trainee who helped. Accommodations were entirely acceptable. Room wasn't out of date but wasn't too fancy or modern. Nice 20th floor view. "Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Towels were clean and nice. Breakfast had lots of options. The hotel was crowded this day, but the staff was doing a good job to keep food items stocked. It was obvious the hotel had extra staff to deal with the crowd. One of two elevators was down. "I was met with the most horrific experience I have ever endured in all my years of traveling. Had it not been for the low temperature that night and the need to get my daughter settled for her tournament, I would have likely opted to sleep in the car and seek alternative accommodations the following morning. "Good location by Gainbridge and Lucas Oil, easy walking distance around downtown Indy, many restaurants. Clean & tidy for the most part. Couple minor items, drippy sink in one of the two bathrooms, bathroom sink & tub drains could be cleaned as they drain slow (standing in water after shower), carpet cleaning in heavy traffic areas to bathrooms could be done. Very good communication from host."
