"Every thing was perfect"

"We enjoyed our very short stay. The location was great. The neighborhood looks like it’s up and coming. The house right across the street peaked my children’s interest, they had never seen a burned house.The neighbors were very nice, a dog was barking at us and it’s owner apologized and tried to calm it.The house itself was cute and perfect for our family. The only thing I saw and wanted to clean were Cobb webs."

"This home was nice and cozy. It was very clean. The location was very convenient, as you are able to walk to the city for events and food. The property manager makes sure to check up on you during your visit, making sure you’re enjoying your stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. "

"Very good overall property. Pretty basic amenities but had all the essentials. Little off the beaten path but for the money, very good value for downtown Indy. Super easy & chill check in/out! inin/outprices. "

"This was the perfect place to stay! I wish we had bright a vehicle that fit in the garage, but it work truck and our giant truck doesn’t fit a lot of places. But the lot right next door was great too. And the brick road on the side of the house was perfect to unload. The second bedroom is a Murphy bed, which is super cool but also not the most comfortable, I kind of felt like I was going to roll out but it was soft enough and I didn’t feel any bars. "Nice and quiet"

"The property was absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed, to include small touches like shoe mats at the front and back doors due to adverse weather. Owners were great and very amenable to our situation. They responded to all questions and inquiries quickly. I would absolutely stay here again. We are frequent travelers and the kids ranked this property as top three all-time and we rent 3-4 times a year. "

"The house was exactly as described in the app, and we were very satisfied with the location. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and amenities were very nice. The basement bedroom was a little cold for a winter night, but we made it work with extra blankets. We really did enjoy our stay and would happily return. "

"The property was cozy and clean and everything we needed was supplied for the stay. The HomeBase team took great care of us, and they were very responsive to communication. They took care of all of our concerns and made sure we felt comfortable and at ease no matter what. A great host team that I would stay with again and recommend anyone looking to stay!"
