"No hot water, no heat or a/c, dirty(food/dust ect), bed broken, chair broken and both were hidden and not disclosed. Had to ask for WiFi but got it too late to even bother with. WiFi box on floor in kitchen which could cause a tripping hazard. contacted host about issue and no action on her end. Contacted Vrbo and no response yet and it’s been over a week. "The condo was in a location convenient to the college and the football stadium. (We even walked the two miles after the game to avoid waiting in traffic). Parking was easy and close. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable."

"We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
