"Gorgeous and classy hotel, with high end amenities and an impressive mini bar. Great location and close to the airport. Herons, the restaurant in the hotel, was a bonus as well. Food and presentation were superb! For a hotel of this caliber though, I was underwhelmed by the staff. My expectations were high given the price point etc. They didn’t seem as “polished” or friendly as one would expect. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay there again. "

"Front desk check and get services was extremely pleasant. When I got to the room it was nice clean, including the bathroom. Breakfast is next morning was good, might have been nice to have the option to add cheese to my eggs and syrup for waffles was almost totally out.Only had one bottle for everyone to share."
