Staff is very polite and the room is super clean and quite. Only concern is that the parking is not free for such an expensive hotel since the room rate is pretty high already."

It had a spacious, airy aesthetic all the basic needs without overdoing it and I had a great plush king bed. The people at the front desk gave great customer service was friendly listened to rent in to your needs and responded appropriately. And in the end the price was definitely right it was surprising how low and reasonable because was. And it was only two blocks away from the metro station which I used to get back and forth from Union station as well as my event at the Strathmore. It was very convenient."
