"I liked the flexibility of the owner to our requests. Few minor issues with the house but overall it was exactly what we needed to come to after my broithers celebration of life. The location and scenery was breathtaking and enough space to accommodate my family gathering. Some of my family members will be booking for future events and a getaway. "The stay was perfect for our event in Sacramento. Plenty of things nearby, food, bars, etc. The place itself was very clean. They list they have Keurig, but bring your own coffee things I guess. We also had to buy our own TP as there was only one roll for the five days and 4 grown men. Back door was wide open when we arrived. Would have been five stars if it weren't for those few things. Great place. "

"It's not a great neighborhood, but, I still felt safe and there is off street parking that comes with the room (no extra fee!) Everything was great - my only thought was that they need to invest in a hot water circulation pump. It took over 3 minutes before I had hot water in my shower. That is a LOT of wasted water. Also, perhaps move the smoking section away from the building. Every time someone went out to smoke, it came directly to my room. Otherwise, a decent selection for breakfast (continental - no hot food other than a waffle iron/toaster), comfortable bed, quiet - I would definitely recommend."
