Perhaps some additional space heaters for each room would help ALOT. They provided cute slippers but they were dirty and used. Otherwise very nicely done and would come back again."

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing since we visited during an extreme heat wave. Lovely yard and driveway parking. Great communication from the hosts. The best part was that it was just steps from downtown Benicia which is a wonderful place to walk, sightsee, shop, and dine. "

The scenery is astounding, rolling green hills, a creek cutting through the back of the property, fresh air. Great breakfast spots and wineries close by. Karen is a great host very accommodating and friendly. Look forward to coming back!"
