"We loved our stay at this cottage. The property was beyond beautiful, with many trails to discover. We hiked to Foley Mountain with breath tracking views, as well as a canoe ride just down the street, which Hermann provides you the canoe for a rental fee. Nothing bad to say, other than a private washroom would be preferred as we felt we had to be quiet while in there, and that the shower wasn't geared towards tall people, having showers as its a handheld shower hose with no curtain. "Hosts are very welcoming and show you everything and thought of everything. Very private with large grassy yard My golden doodle had a blast playing fetch and being off leach. We played bocce ball and enjoyed the fire pit as well as the lit screened in picnic table in the evening. Cabin is compact but windows let in a wee breeze. "This is a real cottage! Charming and rustic, private, peaceful, and on an amazing lake. The kitchen was fully stocked, and large. The living room comfortably appointed and clean, and the beds comfortable!
