I stayed alone the first night and felt safe and secure in the home and the neighborhood. Never gave it a second thought. My elderly parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and used the downstairs bath. My family had the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. My pre-teen slept on the futon downstairs.
