"Cozy little place in a good location. Quiet time is from 9pm-8am but that was fine for our group. Could use some minor repairs and updates. Had one issue that was handled quickly with the owner. She is easy to contact and very nice. It’s about an hour from everything except Disney which is about 30 minutes away but that’s LA traffic. Overall I would stay here again."

"The house was nice. The area we stayed in was separated from the rest of the house. The only major issue we had was that the bed was so firm and felt like we were sleeping on concrete, that my husband and I slept on the floor. The floor as much as it sucked was better than the bed. If they changed that, I'd give a better review."

"This was the most accurately, listed rental we have ever had! Upon arrival the home looked exactly like it was pictured. Parking was a breeze with both street parking and ample parking in the rear of the house. The home was immaculate and very well appointed very comfortable. We utilized the kitchen and cookware as well as the washer and dryer. The back patio was nice to sit and read in the morning while I drink my coffee. The bed was comfortable and had nice linens… I must have told my husband...

"We loved our stay in Azusa. Excellent communication with the property manager and super easy check in/out process. We would stay again if we return to L.A. Traffic was a little bit of a pain but I suppose you will get that no matter where you choose to stay. Especially if you plan on exploring like we did. I highly recommend this property to other families/friends looking for a safe place to stay."
