"I liked that it was comfortable, local to things i went to , it was clean and felt like a home away from home. They left a bottle of wine, and snacks, they had everything we needed. It was a good experience. We stayed 4 nights. I have no complaints. Very nice place."

"I chose Sierra Madre cottage as it was close to my daughter’s home. I was greeted by Tom (along with lovely fresh baked goodies from a local bakery). The cottage had everything I need (especially air conditioning as I’m not used to the scorching California sun). The pool was definitely an added bonus. Too many steps, everything was a trip hazard for him, the most uncomfortable bed and the noise was ridiculous so he got no sleep ! "Absolutely loved this place! I was traveling by myself for a working holiday and enjoyed every minute of my stay. Gabi was a very thoughtful host that made sure I was well taken care of. Since I was working, I turned the kitchen table into a multi-monitor work station. The chair was surprisingly comfortable for my long hours. More so, the bed was incredibly comfortable.
