"Had a great stay. Booked a smoking room became that’s all that was Available and the lady at the front desk upgraded it at no charge. Had a great stay. Had a terrible time trying to change my booking with the app tho. But they were able to change it at the hotel."

"My husband and I loved the staff they were very nice and helpful. I was disappointed to see work trucks being allowed to park in the Priority parking area by the door without a handy-capped card in the window. We parked one spot over from the truck with our handy-capped placard in our window. The next day we went out to find blocks of ice by my door. Probably because the other truck wanted to park there too. "

"This is a very tired property. We checked in the day that new owners were taking over. Some confusion, but I had my reservation number and was given a better price at the desk. The room was clean, but could use some much needed TLC. Hopefully the new owners have plans to do that. We went to Grande Prairie to visit a friend in the hospital. Just needed a clean bed and we got that."

"It was a super clean place to stay. I wish the sheets didn’t feel so cheap, but I didn’t think that was a reason to take off a star. Clean, quiet, and convenient! Please get sheets with less polyester that makes you sweat, get cotton so much better! :)"

"We had a family medical emergency in the area and needed a place to stay for a few days. This was a last minute booking and everything was as advertised. The three bedroom unit had everything we needed. We really appreciated the coffee and supplies provided as this was a quick trip and we didn't do a grocery shop."
