Wards Hotel

"Expect to carry your luggage up narrow stairs. Typical Irish accommodations with no air or fans, so if you are there during a heat wave, expect to sweat."

"Excellent stay we absolutely loved it here. "
Inishmore House

Beautiful Townhouse, 3DBr-sleeps 6 Adults. Special & Unique in Galway City!

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (61)
"Quiet listing just off the street was as advertised with wonderful heated floors and plenty of daylight. It's just far enough from Old Town that it is super quiet, but an easy walk for food and coffee. It is also fairly close to the Sea if you like an early morning run along the Ocean. Parking was easy, but head's up on the passage way as it is a bit narrow. We made it through with a full size SUV rental though. Landlords were quick to respond to questions and we really enjoyed our stay. ...

"Everything about our stay at Nile Lodge was above and beyond expectation! Marie welcomed us like family--and even supplied us with wonderful breakfast treats and excellent suggestions for how to spend our time in Galway. The house is absolutely gorgeous! It's historic and elegant but cozy and set within a quiet private garden, but is within an easy walk to all the main sites of Galway. And its great to have easy and safe parking right out front. I highly recommend!"

"amazing location and well equipped with a washing machine was nice touch. Fire alarm going off at 4am for about 20 mins was less fun."

"Check-in was hard to find (it is in the Casino). There was no hot water and it was not very clean. They have not refunded our 200 Euro deposit, and they will not respond to emails. All of this aside, the location is very convenient. We were able to walk everywhere."
