Our bed was remade twice a day and turned down each evening with a small candy left for us, which was an incredibly sweet touch. One thing to note is that after arriving at the international airport, you need to take a smaller plane to reach the area. We were slightly unaware of this at first, but with a little planning, it’s perfectly fine. The lodge takes care of everything—they pick you up at the smaller airport right away and take you straight to the property. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and snack, which was such a lovely and thoughtful way to start our stay. The staff were all so kind and attentive. They were always on time and made everything seamless, from escorting us to our excursions to checking in daily to ensure our experience was exactly as we wanted. Having someone guide or accompany us to each activity added such a personal touch to the trip. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations. We felt so well cared for and genuinely appreciated. I would highly recommend this place to couples! "
