The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The location couldn't have been better as we walked our toddler to the park each day and it's very central to everything else."

"The floor to the front desk is an accident waiting to happen! Marble tiles with about a 4” step up/down depending on direction that is not easily discernible! To get to the elevators is a 3 or 4 step down/up depending on direction making luggage to/from room problematic. Yes, there is bell service to room. Not necessarily from room when checking out. "

"Hotel Zen provided a comfortable stay for our group as we came & went from Quito during our stay. Conveniently located near the busy Mariscal district, we found everything we wanted within walking distance from the hotel. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and service from the entire staff was courteous, attentive and much appreciated.
