"The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer."

Pizza and pasta making was right on the premise The day trip to Montepulciano included a lunch, wine tasting and transportation that was all planned for us. "This is one of the most special properties we have stayed at. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful from transportation to dining recommendations. We had a view of the valley from our deck that was breathtaking! The room itself was spacious, including the bathroom.The breakfast was plentiful with made to order coffee and the staff were on top of refilling the food and so polite! "

"This hotel was gorgeous! I didn't know if it would live up to the pictures online but it exceeded them. The views are spectacular! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful. Convenient free parking. The staff was very gracious and welcoming. I would absolutely go back! "

"This was a charming property and the cellar wine experience was most enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this property. Breakfast was excellent and the 1* Michelin Osmosi restaurant was excellent. Had a wonderful dining experience. Montepulciano is well worth a visit. The wines of Fattoria Sventoni are marvellous. "

Great place to stay and exceeded expectations

"This is a clean and modern hotel. Unlike many Best Westerns in the US, this had the level of class and quality of a Marriot or Hilton. The service was excellent, the staff nearly all spoke English, and the breakfast was delicious. The covered parking is a bonus. "
