"Amazing place, will come back. Everything you would want from a visit to Tuscany. Warm people, delicious food and amazing ambiance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had excellent hot water. Rooms opened up to private courtyard. Restaurant meals were delicious, service was impressive and food portions were great. Thank you for taking good care of our family of 5."

"Had a very enjoyable stay at La Rocca. Staff was excellent. Breakfast at the restaurant every morning was very nice. Took a cooking class and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also did a wine tasting and enjoyed it as well. "

"This was our first time to Orvieto. This property is at the top of a small mountain facing the village. Wonderful view, especially in the morning with the sun at low angle. The room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast had many options, and they will cook for you if you wish. We had a car, there was plenty of parking. "This property is so beautiful and the food at the resturant was fantastic. Our only complaint was the spa, the sauna was great, but the hottub was lukewarm and there was so much chlorine it made our eyes burn and we had to get out almost immediately. Otherwise a perfect experience!"

"My husband and i stayed in the Treehouse suite for our 5 year wedding anniversary and it was so special. Our room was nestled among the olive trees with a fireplace, incredible shower and gorgeous views! The breakfast the next morning was delicious and the service was great. The pool area is relaxing and has the most incredible view. Would definitely recommend this for a quiet, intimate stay!"

"This property was so perfect for our Tuscany stay! The rooms are decorated beautifully, the grounds are gorgeous and it was just. Few minutes from Montepulciano, perfect for day trips. Matteo was kind and extremely helpful in all aspects, the communication was excellent. You can tell the family takes a lot of pride in this property and cares about their guests. "She's a beaut! This property definitely captures the iconic Tuscany essence in the fullest. Would highly recommend making a reservation for dinner at the 'in house restaurant' while visiting. Make sure to talk to the host about specific transportation needs if you do not have a car upon arrival. It is fairly tucked away as far as closeby hubs."

"Plenty of bedrooms for our group and the house and property was perfect for the 3 young kids to be outside. The weather was a little cool but sunny. The property team was helpful with organizing wine tastings & olive oil tasting. Pizza and pasta making was right on the premise The day trip to Montepulciano included a lunch, wine tasting and transportation that was all planned for us. The kids got to see Santa in the Christmas Village which was their highlight of the day. I would recommend...

"This is a larger authentic Tuscan farmhouse with a lovely lush garden. The house has a rustic feel with lots of the furniture made by the hosts, the pool and garden are beautiful to relax and take in the views. Many of the sights in southern Tuscany and Umbria are close by (by car). The property is clean and the beds and bathrooms are very comfortable. The hosts are very discreet but will make you feel very welcome. Definitely would visit again! "

Great place to stay and exceeded expectations

"This is a clean and modern hotel. Unlike many Best Westerns in the US, this had the level of class and quality of a Marriot or Hilton. The service was excellent, the staff nearly all spoke English, and the breakfast was delicious. The covered parking is a bonus. "

"Very satisfied with this choice of hotel in Oriveto. We arrived in the evening after 9 PM. No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo. No hesitation recommending this hotel which is just as it appears in photos and is good value. "
