"This is a very large apartment in a 500 year old well maintained building. It is in the beautiful historic area. Do be aware that this is a VERY hilly area and you will have to walk up and down steep streets everywhere you go. That includes from the parking area. Cars are restricted from the area around the apartment without a permit. "

"I can’t say enough good things about this home. It’s views are spectacular, it was in immaculate condition, and having a place to park your car is a huge plus. We stayed 5 days & I didn’t want to leave. I will definitely stay at this casa again. Hopefully, next time will be for a couple weeks. It’s literally walk out the door, walk across the street, & walk the stairs into montepulciano! Absolutely perfect!"
