"Very nice rental in Midtown, safe, clean and nice size. Parking is a bit of a challenge with no designated spot and a 2 hour day restriction but overnight is doable if you can locate a spot! Registration prior to arrival is a bit excessive with required selfies, Id copies and a $400 hold on my credit card. Very happy with the place overall!"

"New, clean, has everything you need for cooking. Washer and dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower were a lovely touch and very nice quality. Quiet, across the street is a walking/bike path which our dog loved. Bed was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again! Location was close to everything we wanted to see and do. "

Responses were prompt and detailed - we always had the information we needed to make our trip a success and stress free. The apartment was a short/pleasant walk (5-10 minutes) to downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. The Golden 1 Center was 15 minutes (in the same downtown area). "The condo is conveniently located on the Capitol Mall for an easy walk to the Golden 1 Center. It was easy to park at the 555 Parking Garage and walk to the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host provided quick responses to our questions. We had a wonderful stay in Sacramento."

"New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville."
