"I was very pleasantly surprized at how clean my room was! I was perfectly clean and looked brand new on the inside. Noone was there for my check in but they had sent me my door lock code so it was super easy. I feel like it was a great value and super convenient to down town as well as Silver Springs. "The hotel is very safe. I was a woman traveling alone and I always felt safe and comfortable. Everything worked in the room. I didn’t have an issue with the bed or using anything. The fridge and microwave were great. There was hot water. I forgot to mention the issue with the bathroom before I left. There is a small hole in the ceiling above the shower. When the person in the room above showers, the water comes out of the hole. If someone smokes in the room above then the hotel room bathroom...

"This is my first time at this motel, I was running from Hurricane Milton. Pros: friendly staff, quiet place, big fridge, even with a freezer, where you can put a lot of food and water. Absolutely no insects, which I encountered in more expensive hotels, you can sleep without fear. Cons: the room is old, you can see scuffs on the windows and walls. But, the next time I run from a hurricane, I will come back with a supply of food, because now I know that there is a big fridge."

"Loved the cottage setting & cleanliness but disappointed there was no blankets, only sheets on bed, no one sleeps with bedspread, and lovely stovetop & refrigerator but NO coffee pot, No dishes or utensils nor pots & pans?? Didnt make sense to us & hence we had to eat out all weekend. But the staff were very nice. Lastly, no late check out available, gave us 45 minutes extra when asking, never experienced that before"
