"Property pictures was not the actual photos of the hotel. Rooms were above a bar on a noisy street. Bedroom didn’t have darking curtain's only a sheers which didn’t block the morning light. Bathroom sink was plugged with hair. Room was cheap and convenient to University and bus route downtown. "

The old town, which is walking distance from La Valleta, is beautiful with a nice handful of shops & restaurants. "We loved it here! The communication was top notch, they handled our dinner bookings and had the most beautiful view from their Infiniti pool! Rooms were clean and gorgeous and a short drive from Bellagio! The chef was sick unfortunately however breakfast each morning was far more than we have grown to expect in our travels! Highly recommend for a romantic getaway! "

"The hotel/guesthouse is easily reached from the centre of Milan by metro followed by a short walk (past a nice bakery). Il Girasole looks unconventional, being a converted factory building. A nice courtyard is hidden behind a metal entrance door. Matteo and his brother are extremely nice hosts, who can provide enthusiastic advice on sightseeing in Milan. Our room was one of the two behind the courtyard which, unfortunately, the WiFi signal from the main building didn't reach - but was fine if...
