"I checked in online and provided all my details, yet I still had to spend a long time at the reception. When I entered my room, the TV was on and displaying someone else’s name. It’s unacceptable, especially in a time when privacy should be a priority. I informed the staff, but they showed no concern. I was staying for two nights and requested cutlery to be sent to my room.
