The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you. "No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend."

"Property was as described in a quiet location. Communication with the host was excellent and very helpful. Ideal for what we needed, short drive to Pontoise train station which provided a frequent service to Paris centre - about 50 mins.on the train. Thanks to Florian and Farid for hosting us."

"We rented this property for 3 nights, but only stayed one night and then had to rent a hotel for the other two nights. This property has bedbugs. BEDBUGS!! The property manager refused to refund my money and VRBO was no help at all. I have never left a bad review on VRBO, but I’ve never had to deal with bedbugs before either."

"Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Der Zugang geht über eine Art Hühnerleiter. Ebenso zu zwei Schlafzimmern. Zu acht nur zum Schlafen geeignet. Bei schlechtem Wetter schlecht. Einen Garten haben wir nicht gefunden. Ein Bad ist einfach zu wenig. War aber alles sauber. Die Lage ist okay. Mit Bus und Bahn ca. eine Stunde ins Zentrum. Da wir Traumwetter hatten war es aber ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Dankeschön"

"The property was perfect for our needs, 3 generations of family wanting a quiet break in really beautiful countryside. The excellent house facilities and outside garden, pool & seating areas provided that. The countryside around is beautiful, set on the edge of a small pretty village. Unfortunately the only shop was closed for refurbishment so it was a 20min drive to do the croissant run in the morning,"
