"We absolutely loved our time at this special home. Everything was as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Fredy was 100% responsive and full of great travel advice, and Juan and Ceneida were amazing hosts. Juan’s tours of the coffee farm were a major highlight of our stay. "The ckeckin was not easy. They didn’t find the reservation confirmation number. They tried to fixed the inconvinience by giving us a special cocktail. Then they don’t respect the labels at the doors and nock even if you have the don’t disturb sign. They didn’t have our check out right. But besides this, the facilities are beautiful and the people that works there are great. "

"I am giving one star to everything because when we arrived at the gate to the property, I could not even go in. They could not find my booking - done 4 months before. We arrived with our tour guide at the gate, and they said they were fully booked and had no room available. They did not let our vehicle in - we sat at the driveway outside for a while waiting. "Our host was exceptional and very accommodating. He knows the area very well and recommended some fantastic places to eat - Betatown being one of them. The laundry facilities were great and really handy as we are travelling with hand-luggage only. Would highly recommend the hotel. "

"It’s a very pretty property—well taken care of. In a busy, exciting spot right in front of Plaza Bólivar. Close to everything! My suite was lovely and very big! The bed was nice and firm. I liked the sitting bench in the shower as well—excellent water pressure with hot water! I think the staff was the best part—sweet, considerate employees who made me feel so welcome. I’d go back just to see their smiles. They took very good care of me! Only two things I didn’t love—only one elevator, and I know the description said typical Colombian breakfast, and I’m still learning about that. I ate the breakfast about half my time there. "

"It is a great location, a beautiful peaceful, and quiet place to stay, at my arrival it was uncomfortable due to the tone of the person at the front desk and also due to the amount of insects in the room, but the next they informed us that it was because of the treated all rooms for the insects and they apologize for the inconvenience of the personal of the front desk, and upgrade our room to a nice one, wish it was AMAZING for they part and i got no issues and we enjoy our stay in Salento like no other, for sure we are coming back. THANK YOU!!!!!"
