"Using Expedia, I reserved a room with a view and jaccuzi bath. When I arrived they tried to lodge me in a corner closet size room with no Jaccuzi or view. They said that was the room I reserved. From my perspective it was a classic “bait and switch”. I ended up getting the room I reserved for three nights instead of the five I paid for. "

"The hotel is beautiful, the check-in process was quick; the staff members a very corneous, nice and always sharing a smile. Finding a reservation for the dinner at the special restaurant was difficult. Also we couldn’t get reservations for lunch at the Panaca Hotel because they were only a few spots, despite we went early in the morning (bedore 7:00 am)."
