"The property was excellent, newly renovated and very clean. It was very well located, walk distance to the city centre and means of transports. The only thing that there were a lot of steps to get to the apartment, there wasn't any lift. It was hard after a long day of walk. Any way, we were very happy to spend our holidays in such a nice property :-)"

"The owner Paolo was super helpful with providing information in regards to transportation from the airport to his place. He greated us when we got there and gave us excellent information about the surronding area, like places to go and places to eat. Place was very clean and nice and provided continental breakfast. "It’s a beautiful place with excellent service. Breakfast is wonderful, they have the best croissants. Place is really beautiful. Staying here is just experience on its own. They tell you that will send you email with instructions how to get in and make sure you read it !!!!! Otherwise, you will never get in."

"This property is essentially a B&B. don’t let the exterior scare you off. Room was very clean and the property had a rooftop terrace. Alessandro is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Bear in mind there is no elevator so you need to climb about 5 flight of stairs. Location is in the heart of Palermo within walking distance of everything."

"Loved this place in the middle of town! Need to make sure you have whatsapp to get instructions to enter building and the entry keys. Parking is impossible in the area. Only the $20/day pay garage nearby is an option or walking many blocks. The cleanliness was impecable. Never seen a place so clean and I travel weekly. "I made this reservation with Hotels.com. I was not told that this was a bed and breakfast that was inside of an apartment building. We spent one whole day trying to find it. When we finally figured out where it was The front door was locked. We couldn’t figure out how to get in and weren’t able to talk to anyone. "The Villa was lovely and set in a very peaceful location but near enough to the local town (car required). Only 8 miles to the beach but mountain roads so a slow journey but very enjoyable with spectacular scenery. Some very nice local restaurants and a local small supermarket. Only problem we had was that there was no hot water for the entire holiday. They came to fix it on the day that we were leaving. Apart from tat everything else was great. "

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"We came off the ferry at 5 am, and we were thankfully allowed to check Into a vacant room as soon as the reception was open (8:30 am) in order to take a nap before exploring the town. Giada was lovely and helpful with a booking error as well. It's a really cool, stylish little hotel in a very walkable area near the old port. We have a room on the back of the building without much of a view, but a cute little patio and it's dead quiet, which is perfect. The bathroom is nice and renovated. Trying out the breakfas tomorrow, so I can't comment on that. But we'd definitely stay here again. Grazie Mille! "
