"We just left Palermo and stayed at Palazzo Ventimiglia for 3 nights. Gianluca was an excellent host, going out of his way to help us. Honestly, in all my travels, I have never stayed at a place with better service. It is located on the Main Street in Palermo, one block from Quattro Canti. We walked to all the major landmarks. "The Villa was lovely and set in a very peaceful location but near enough to the local town (car required). Only 8 miles to the beach but mountain roads so a slow journey but very enjoyable with spectacular scenery. Some very nice local restaurants and a local small supermarket. Only problem we had was that there was no hot water for the entire holiday. They came to fix it on the day that we were leaving. Apart from tat everything else was great. "

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
