"Overall a wonderful duplex unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is stocked for simple meals but is capable of larger gatherings with some forethought. I loved all the patio space especially!Just a few things detracted from the stay, the lack of clothing storage for guests, and the fact that the Roku TV was not in "Guest Mode" resulting in a mishmash of accounts being left active. There are better rentals in Havasu from an amenities standpoint, but this one is a great value and is close...
