"My 3 hour journey took 8 hours, which made my arrival very late. I phoned on four occasions and was greeted with warmth and friendliness and told not to worry. Tracy was brilliant, she poured me a drink on arrival and offered me snacks. She then personally took me to my room and showed me around. She pre-ordered my breakfast ready for my early start. The place was spotless, the breakfast was amazing, the shower was warm and powerful - brilliant visit and I will definitely return. "

"There was a lovely welcome when I arrived. The room was first class with thoughtful touches such as fresh milk and orange juice in a mini fridge. For walkers on Exmoor there is a drying room too.
