"Amazing property in an adorable town "

"This is such a great lodging option for parents traveling with kiddos. Ours really appreciated the bunk bed option. We loved the little kitchenette which allowed us to enjoy our after hike beverages in glasses, which makes a big difference when you’re in vacation mode. We didn’t use the fire pits because we were also visiting with family staying nearby, but they looked like a wonderful place to take in the mountain scenery. We’ll give them a shot next time we’re in town. "

"Excellent communication with the staff and Jess who got us checked in easily over phone and text. The property is a gem situated along a quiet stretch hwy 160 with a private pond and hiking trails. The rooms are updated with kitchens and a living space with a lot of space for our family of four to stretch out. I’d highly reccomend high creek lodge and will be back next trip to Pagosa springs. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Pagosa Springs! The property was clean, comfortable, and providing plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was great, offering easy access to local attractions and beautiful views.The kitchen was generally stocked, which made meal prep convenient. However, we did notice there was no pepper, and a few utensils and some cooking oil would have been helpful. These were minor inconveniences, and we easily managed.Overall, we loved our experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway!"

"These are so darn cute and very nice inside. My teenager and 20 year old were a little skeptical when I told them where we were staying but once we got inside, everyone was happy and excited. Super clean and has everything you need including a refrigerator and kitchenette, Robes, plenty of towels & pillows. staff was great when we called with questions and check in was so easy. I would love to come here in the summertime to enjoy the warmer weather and river. The deck has a grill and fire pit as well. We only stayed one night so we didn't get to enjoy everything. The only downside is that is is located close to the road so you can hear semis all night. They thought of this and there are ear plugs on the night stands and a blue tooth speaker so we turned on white noise and it was fine."

"This condo was as advertised. Right on the river, great views, and a garage. You can walk to town and the hot springs and it’s an easy drive to Wolf Creek. The host is very attentive and the condo is the most stocked rental we have ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well and there were plenty of towels and blankets. And the ping pong table was fun. We "
