"직원 분들이 굉장히 섬세하게 투숙객을 배려해 주십니다. Thank you goes a long way. 라는 말처럼 말 하나하나, 작은 배려 하나하나가 이곳에서의 숙박 경험을 더욱 의미있게 하는 것 같습니다. 조식 뷔페도 메뉴 옵션이 다양하고, 음식 퀄리티도 매우 뛰어납니다. 영업을 시작한지 얼마 안 된 곳이라 청결함, 깔끔함도 상당합니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 곳이나, 단 한가지 흠을 잡으라면 방음이 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 귀마개를 하고 잤는데도 복도 소음이 잘 들립니다. 호텔의 하루 당 투숙 가격 단가에 비해서 말이죠. 바닥재를 좀더 흡음이 잘 되는 소재를 쓰시거나 문이 좀 더 방음이 잘 되는 소재였다면 좋을 것 같습니다. "

"This was a different kind of stay for us. Room is tiny and you sleep on a heated floor. My husband has a bad back so I asked for padding. The manager not only gave me padding but sat with us to explain the rules of the hotel and went over a map of the village and where to go sightseeing, food and drinks. The bathroom was a challenge because the toilet and shower are in the same room and I feel like everything gets wet.However it's how most bathrooms are in korea. They also do not give full size towels its only a hand towel. I didnt mind this because it was a different experience. I gave a 5 star because overall it was beautiful, in the village, great staff and we were warm and comfortable. I do recommend to give this place a try."

"I showed up at the property. There was no one there and the place seemed deserted. I found another place to stay.VERY DISAPPOINTING! I asked Expedia for a refund but not yet received. No other guests or evidence of any presence found. "

"Staff was friendly and we didn't have any communication issues from check in to check out. The location was a good spot to walk to nearby tourists attractions. Restaurants and eating places were nearby too. It was easy to take buses to other places as bus stops were just nearby. Highly recommended to stay there. "

"Visited with parents during Christmas break. An absolute gem — we loved every small detail in the rooms and play areas, since it was really well decorated with Korean traditional hints everywhere. Also loved the breakfast options they provided us, the food was so good!!! I really want to visit again. Thank you staff for providing such a welcoming experience."

"Excellent spot situated in the middle of Jeonju Hanok Village. Great breakfast with plenty of fruit, rice cakes, and coffee provided by the lovely couple that owns the place. You also get discounts and benefits from a Hanbok rental shop that they recommend going to. The beds are traditional futons, so might not be ideal for some people. Check in is until around 6 or 7pm, but let them know if you need to check in later in the day. They will leave a note on the door to your room. The floor heating is plenty hot for the winter. Was simple ordering a taxi through Uber to/from the bus station. "
