Unpleasant manner when I ask where the hotel’s overflow parking spots outside of building. Respond with stressed voice and didn’t give correct information at all even I asked again cause I couldn’t find it outside. Disappointed. ☹️

The receptionist and coffee shop staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was tidy , clean and comfortable! No complaints. I'd like to stay another time.

It was raining when we got to hotel and the lobby was full of people waiting for their room to be ready. There was barely enough chairs to sit. Our room was not ready until 2:30. I thought the hotel could have done a better job to get the rooms ready sooner.

There was no airconditoning at all during our stay. We called the front desk and all they kept saying was "there is only heating". The temperature was in the 70s during our stay and the room got hot and smelly. There were 2 TVs in our suite and neither of them worked.

全州バスターミナルからタクシーで移動と思いタクシーの運転手にホテルの写真とホテル名(ハングル)を見せましたが、⁇でした。3台目のタクシー運転手さんにホテル近くまで連れて行っていただけました。 それ以外は2泊しましたが、コンビニも目の前に1軒歩いて5分程でスーパー、徒歩圏内に全州の観光地があります。観光での宿泊でしたら何も問題ないと思います。また、全州に行く予定があれば使用したいと思います。
