"The small hotel is in Marampata, Peru, close to Choquequirao. Everything that gets to Marampata comes on a human's or mule's back on a brutally long day of hiking. The fact that the hotel exists there is amazing in itself. No idea how the mattresses got there. My son and I stayed 2 nights on a recent hiking trip to Choque. "It was a great stop over. The town is super cool. A lot of things going on. I wouldn’t stay for more than a day as nothing is really there. The town is interesting in the fact that it is like a big market and auto parts town. The hotel is nice and clean. The owner is super nice and helpful.
