"Loved the hotel, the breakfast is superb n the coffee shop.excellent customer service and the location is at the back of sunplaza, lots of restaurants n shops.the only thing i didnt like is the smell whenever you take a shower or wet the floor, it smells so bad something urea smell.i hav my lysol air freshener all the time so it kinda purifies the air n smell"

So helpful with guidance.We don't normally eat a lot where we stay, but the food was so delicious we kept coming back. This hotel is in a perfect location for the Fansipan train. A few minutes walk and DUA can assist with tickets "
