"It was an overnight stay as we were traveling home. So did not take advantage of gym, pool and restaurant. So cannot give a total review. However, we found the room was adequate but the bathroom could do with an upgrade. "

"Excellent value and I think many coming from overseas might be surprised what a big hearty breakfast you can get included in the price at hotels in the UK, Holiday Inns in particular. Fine rooms, but poor shower pressure. In a roady location at least an 8min walk to the pretty parts of Bath. More suited to driving-centric people and business guests."

"Booked this last minute for our wedding anniversary, I added a message on booking to say as such. When checking in we got a free room upgrade and a two complimentary drinks. Room and bed were large, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. Had robes and slippers(needed as bathroom tiles were cold!) "

"Room was clean tidy and very comfortable. Only problem there was air conditioning unit right outside our window to the right of the room . This was continuously going off and on all night . Kept me awake all night . Disappointed if I’m honest but everything was lovely . "

"Late arrival back to Bristol airport, so a stay overnight and a good breakfast set us up for the 3 hour drive home. We stayed there the night before we flew out too, making it a relaxed start. Great location literally 5 minutes away from the airport."

We had a lovely courtyard room, very clean, had everything we needed, excellent food both dinner and breakfast, lots of choice. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. "Attractively designed, clean and well-equipped rooms located right in the centre of Bath. Good value. However, automated check in is poor and overcomplicated - including recieving a QR code which then won't work. Note that room doors unlock remotely - so you'll be scratching at the door like a velociraptor in Jurassic Park until approx 15:00 when it unlocks. No proper reception so I'd recommend against arriving any earlier unless you've paid for early check in. Anyway, a perfectly nice apartment...

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"
