"It was a nightmare registering in because there is no one there to admit you to the hotel. There is no phone number even on the website. We arrived at the entrance, unlit, during the night. You see, I got an email from the hotel confirming our stay written in the email headline. So, I never bothered to read the email. It was a mistake but this is a natural response. "Check in is by iPad and only in Japanese- I had to ask someone to call a local number for help checking in. (I am an English speaker and had no access to phone) staff spoke English but were not helpful as I had issues checking in. It was late. The location is not ideal though the place once you figure it out is comfortable. "
