"It lacks good wall insulation. Unfortunately there was a loud customer for a few days next door and I had a few sleepless nights. However upon request the staff is quick to ask the customer to stay quiet. Cleaning crew wasn’t thorough with changing towels or cups and vacuuming floor, particularly around the new year holiday. In general it was a nice stay at a great location. I was wonderfully surprised with the VIP upgrade and vouchers."

"The DoubleTree Hilton is located right next to the monorail for easy access to Naha. I could not fault the staff - - the service was exceptional. We stayed during New Year - - peak season - - could not complain.
